Apartment Villa Candy is a rustic 2-family house, surrounded by trees, located in Metrano, 5 km from Massa Lubrense, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach, located by a road, in the countryside.
Private: large garden with plants, flowers and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (4 m diameter, depth 80 - 80 cm, 27.06.-26.09.). Terrace, garden furniture. 100 m long motor access (via unmade road). Width access road: 200 cm. Parking by the house.
The property is 3-room apartment on the ground floor, simple and practical furnishings. Living room with 1 double sofa bed and exit to the garden and to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with TV. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette. Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Terrace with furniture, garden, barbecue. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Please note: extra sleeping possibility on the sofa bed.
Restaurant, bar, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Sorrento" 12 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. It is possible to use swimming pool in the residence 1.5 km away for an extra cost.
