Inlet with weak waves and protected by reefs, Curuípe is the closest beach to the city center, three kilometers away. Despite the narrow strip of sand, it is very popular for walks followed by refreshing dives in calm and clear waters. A few beach huts guarantee frozen coconut and fried fish.
