Situated in the Stubai Valley, Haus Gavlik is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Fulpmes. The Schlick2000 Ski Area is 500 metres from the guest house. It features an apartment with a furnished terrace offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

The apartment features 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa bed. The facilities include a TV and a CD player and a private bathroom with a bathtub.

The Stubaitalbahn ski bus stop is 50 metres from the property, taking you to the Stubaier Gletscher Ski Area, 20 km away. Shops and restaurants can be found within a 10-minute walk. An outdoor pool in Neustift is 5 km away, while you can find a lake in Kampl 3 km from the guest house. You can get to the Adventurepark in Fulpmes in a 5-minute walk.
