The Turracher Höhe is known as one of the most attractive holiday areas in the Carinthia and Steiermark regions. If you are looking for winter fun. the Turracher Höhe is the right place. It is a wonderful family ski area with many charming mountain restaurants. The high elevation and the many snow installations guarantee perfect snow conditions during the entire winter season. which starts at the end of November and only ends at the beginning of May. In the summer. the area is known for its impressive flora and fauna. the many walking routes. the many activities and the three mountain lakes. the Turracher See. Schwarzsee and Gruensee. The lovely Turrachersee and the village centre are within walking distance. There are many shops and restaurants there.Because the area around the chalet is still under construction. there may be some building nuisance over the summer.
