In substitution of the old Chapel that had been built in 1890, in the sand, next to the beach, was inaugurated, in 2000, the Mother Church of Costa Nova, in homage to Our Lady of Health.
In Costa Nova, Ílhavo.
Its hexagonal shape distinguishes it from the other temples of the Municipality, possessing in its interior large panels of tile and a single image, that of its patron saint.
