For shared use: garden (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.01.-31.12.) with built-in steps. Outside shower.
The supermarket is 2.5 km. away from the house, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 3 km.
