Quinta Do Engenho - Eco Parque
With wooden bungalows set in 4.5 hectares of grounds and forest, Quinta Do Engenho is in the countryside outside the village of Silva Escura. It features a treetop walkway, massages and free parking.
Each spacious bungalow has a wooden terrace or balcony overlooking the surrounding trees. Some have hammocks, while others are set above ground level and offer 360-degree views from the balcony. There is a private bathroom.
All bungalows include a kitchenette with fridge for self catering. There is a snack bar and barbecue facilities and the property can organise picnics featuring organic products grown on site.
The forest and surrounding area have lots of places to explore either on foot or by bike and bicycle rental is available. Canoeing and fishing is possible in the river that passes through Ribeira de Fráguas, 8 km away.
The Quinta do Engenho Bungalows are 40 km from the city of Aveiro, while 25 km away is the A1 motorway, offering direct access to Porto and Coimbra.
