Sodyba features a barbecue area and a volleyball field. There is a stream flowing through the property, with a footbridge crossing it, and a pier going into the lake. There are bicycles and boats to rent. Lithuanian dishes can be ordered and delivered to the house.
A16 Vilnius-Prienai-Marijampolė motorway is located 600 metres away, and the town of Trakai is 12 km away.
