In 1522 in La Pascana the construction of one of the three colonial mills began, the other two that were built are Desague and La Banda, arising from the sowing of wheat, corn and barley that are produced in the area.
Torata Valley.
These constructions with adobe walls and mojinete-shaped ceilings still resist time, where a granite stone driven by falling water will turn the grains into flour.
