The main feature of the old colonial Jorche is definitely the dishes in the restaurant. a semi-subterranean mill in 1700. where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner on request. The dishes are typical of the Salento. with bread. pasta. liqueurs. sweets handmade on the spot. During the week we organize theme nights for guests. Among them is the Pinch (typical Salentine dance. very playful and engaging) and that of pasta and homemade bread. You can also visit our winery and the vineyards. you can taste our wines and learn about the methods and techniques of production.
